Those wishing to attend the congress are kindly requested to complete the online registration form and send their remittance to Austropa Interconvention. A receipt will be forwarded after having received the registration fee, as confirmation of registration.

There are also "Single Day Tickets" available for €150 (full delegates) / €80 (students), with a maximum of two days per attendee. This option does not include conference dinner.

Participant and student registration includes:

• admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
• conference kit (final program, Book of Abstracts, etc.)
• coffee/tea during the official breaks
• welcome mixer
• conference dinner with brewery tour

It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes welcome mixer and the conference dinner.

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.

Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by

• Credit Card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, American Express)
• Bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient)

Credit Card payment must be accompanied by details of type of card, account number, expiry date, and registered name and address of the card holder.

For cancellation before 28^th August 2011 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after 28^th August 2011 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
